<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner and an air filter system wherein swirling flow is caused in the air passing through an air-inlet part so as to improve performance of removing moisture in the air. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The air cleaner 100 includes: a case member provided with the air-inlet part and an air-exhaust part; a filter element 105 which is held within the case member between the air-inlet part and the air-exhaust part so as to filter the air which is inlet from the air-inlet part and exhausted from the air-exhaust part; a drainage part which is provided around the peripheral wall of the case member between the air-inlet part and the filter element; and a vane part 110 provided in the air-inlet part so as to produce swirling flow in the air passing through the air-inlet part.
