<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and effectively prevent agitation of oil inside an oil pan by a power transmission system of a coaxially arranged twin oil pump, which is arranged under one end side of a driving shaft of an engine outside an engine body and driven by the driving shaft of the engine, without increasing the number of parts items. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A driving device for the twin oil pump is structured by arranging a coaxially arranged twin oil pump 30, which is formed of an inside pump unit 31 and an outside pump unit 32, under a front end side of the driving shaft (eccentric shaft 5) in front of the engine body 1. A space between pump cases 38 and 39 of both the pump units 32 is used as a housing space 41 for housing a driven sprocket 40, and this housing space is opened upward, and joined with each other in lower parts thereof to form a partition wall for partitioning from the oil pan 20.
