PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof piping apparatus in a building, allowing renovation work of a facility in a required minimum construction period and at a required minimum construction cost. SOLUTION: Piping 10 substantially with no joint structure, and an apparatus body 12 having an inner diameter formed to be slightly larger than the outer diameter of the piping and allowing the piping to pass through a tubular part having the inner diameter, are installed as the waterproof piping apparatus equipped at the piping facility penetrating a skeleton slab in the building. The waterproof piping apparatus is provided with an outside waterproof means 15 preventing moisture from infiltrating into the apparatus body from the outside of the skeleton, and an inside waterproof means 16 preventing moisture from infiltrating into the skeleton from the inside of the apparatus body.
