PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a large amount of silicon fine particles which are safety when using in the living body. SOLUTION: The method of producing a mixed powder containing the silicon fine particles, includes a firing process S1 of firing fire a mixture mixed a silicon source and a carbon source, with a polymerizing or crosslinking catalyst under an inert atmosphere; a quick cooling process S2 of quick cooling by taking out a by-produced gas in the reaction of forming silicon carbide by firing a high-purity precursor; and a pulverizing process S3 of pulverizing the mixed powder prepared by the quick cooling, with a prescribed solvent.
