A configuration method for the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource is provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the method includes: setting the same PUCCH format channel start points and the different dynamic acknowledgment/negative acknowledgment (ACK/NACK) resource mapping start offset for the multiple downlink component carriers; wherein the PUCCH resource of the multiple downlink component carriers corresponding to the same uplink component carrier. The configuration method of the physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource of the embodiments of the present invention enables the flexible PUCCH resource sharing by setting the same PUCCH format channel start point for the multiple downlink component carriers, and enables the overhead reduction of the dynamic ACK/NACK mapping resource by setting the different dynamic ACK/NACK resource mapping start offset.
