<p>Provided are an organic electroluminescence display device and a method for producing the same, wherein an organic electroluminescence display device having a high light extraction efficiency can be produced at a high yield ratio. In the organic electroluminescence display device, an element disposed substrate having an organic electroluminescence element and a circuit substrate having a circuit for driving the organic electroluminescence element are connected to each other. The element disposed substrate is comprised of a transparent release layer, a light scattering layer, a transparent electrode, a light emitting layer, and a reflective electrode, in this order, from the surface to be observed, and an electric conductor which electrically connects the reflective electrode to an electrode of the driving circuit is provided between the element disposed substrate and the circuit substrate.</p> |
