PURPOSE: A device for preventing a road from being frozen using geothermal heat is provided to prevent the surface of a road from being frozen by circulating fluid whose heat is restored. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing a road from being frozen using geothermal heat comprises a water supply tank(2), a heat restoring pipe(10), a first circulating fluid supply pipe(3), a second circulating fluid supply pipe(4), a road surface heating assembly(20), a circulating fluid recovery pipe(5), a circulating pump(7), and a controller(6). The water supply tank stores circulation fluid inside. The heat restoring pipe is installed inside a geothermic hole(1). The first circulating fluid supply pipe supplies the circulation fluid within the water supply tank to the heat restoring pipe. The second circulating fluid supply pipe supplies circulation fluid whose heat is restored. The road surface heating assembly heats the road while circulating the recycle oil. The circulating fluid recovery pipe collects the circulation fluid to the water supply tank. The circulating pump smoothly circulates the circulation fluid whose heat is restored to the road surface heating assembly.
