<p>A gear power transmitting device having a small length in the axis direction. A gear power transmitting device is provided with an internally toothed gear, an externally toothed gear, a crankshaft, a two-stage gear, and a second gear. A first gear is fixed to an end of the crankshaft. The crankshaft eccentrically rotates either the internally toothed gear or the externally toothed gear. The two-stage gear is provided with a center gear and an externally toothed ring gear. The center gear meshes with the first gear. The externally toothed ring gear surrounds the first gear. The second gear meshes with the externally toothed ring gear and transmits the torque of a motor to the two-stage gear. The second gear is configured in such a manner that the center gear and the externally toothed ring gear are located in a plane crossing the axis of the gear power transmitting device.</p> |
