<p>A fluororesine film seamless edge-sealing method includes the following steps: 1. putting fluororesin material into the mold, obtaining a tubular body (1) by one of the following ways: the first way, keeping pressure, demolding, and finally sintering the compression molded cast; the second way, mechanical injection; and the third way, mechanical vulcanization; 2. cutting the obtained tubular body (1) to rings (3), and cutting off an annular slot (31) in the inner wall of the ring (3); 3. cutting the fluororesin coated fabric(2) to a shape adapted for the ring (3), and inserting the fabric into the slot (31) of the ring (3); 4. hot pressing to acquire a fluororesin coated fabric (4) with seamless sealed edge.</p> |
