<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive mechanism of an optical pickup in which a movable part can be moved normally. <P>SOLUTION: The lens drive mechanism 50 of the optical pickup includes: a stepping motor 52 for rotating a lead screw 51; a lead nut 53 screwing with the lead screw 51; a lens holder 54 including a rotation regulation part 54d for holding a collimate lens 24 while regulating rotation of the lead nut 53 by that the lead nut 53 engage movably, and moved with movement of the lead nut 53 by rotation of the lead screw 51; and a pedestal 10 including a regulation groove 11 for suppressing that an engaging state of the lead nut 53 and the rotation regulation part 54d is released. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
