<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information management system capable of transmitting biological information together with a message. <P>SOLUTION: A health promotion practitioner terminal 90 creates a question message based on an input operation of a health promotion practitioner and transmits the question message to a game apparatus 12.
