<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner conveyance apparatus including a toner conveyance member having a helical blade, and a toner agitating member that swings in accordance with rotation of the tone conveyance member, and suppressing generation of abnormal noise during rotation of the toner conveyance member. <P>SOLUTION: The toner conveyance apparatus 130 includes: a casing 13b for a cleaning device 13; a conveyance screw 131; and a cantilevered and comb tooth-shaped agitating member 16 formed of a flexible material and changing a bending amount in accordance with rotation of the conveyance screw 131. In the toner conveyance apparatus 130, a comb tooth part 160 of the agitating member 16 includes: a body 161; and a contact protrusion 162 having a protrusion edge surface 162t that is a front edge surface in the protrusion direction and contacts a helical outer circumferential edge surface 131t forming a helical outer circumference of a blade 131b.
