<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an exhaust gas emission control device for preventing a honeycomb filter from being fusing-damaged caused by concentrating, depositing and self-igniting locally a PM contained in an exhaust gas, to start combustion, by introducing uniformly the PM from the central part to a peripheral part in an upstream of the honeycomb filter, and for prolonging a collection time; and a pressure loss measuring instrument for measuring accurately a pressure loss of the exhaust gas emission control device. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust gas emission control device 10 is arranged with the honeycomb filter 31 in an inside of a case provided in an exhaust passage of an internal combustion engine, a dispersion member 11 is arranged to disperse the exhaust gas in the upstream of the honeycomb filter with the exhaust gas flowing in, and the dispersion member includes a tapered part in an upstream, and a straightening part formed of a plurality of straightening vanes in a downstream. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
