PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable anticancer liposome with high cancer cell proliferation suppressing property, has low toxicity and low immunogenicity, can be easily prepared, scarcely changes with the passage of time. SOLUTION: There is provided a three component based hybrid type anticancer liposome which is free from anticancer agent and stable, having extremely low toxicity, can be easily prepared.
