<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade preventing material excellent in blade preventing performance to an ice pick and a butterfly knife and having excellent lightness and flexibility. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The blade preventing material is provided by laminating a plurality of nonwoven fabrics having a three-layered structure whose both surface parts are formed by interlacing short fibers of a high functional fiber with ultrafine fibers derived from the short fibers and adhered boundlessly so that the surface parts of both the surfaces are platy and the inner part is formed by interlacing the short fibers each other to be bulky.
