SOLUTION: The information distribution device includes: an information distribution part 345 providing a web service to a user terminal 301 and transmitting distribution information about the web service by e-mail, and a URL information receiving part 305 receiving URL access information from the user terminal 301 based on URL contained in the distribution information transmitted by the information distribution part 345. The information distribution part 345 transmits new distribution information to the user terminal 301 at the time of receiving the URL access information by the URL information receiving part 305.
