<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor in which the number of components can be reduced. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The reactor includes a coil 1 formed by winding a wire, a magnetic core 2 having a part to be arranged in the coil 1, a resin-coating portion 3 for covering the outer side of a combination of the coil 1 and core 2, a fixing member (bolt) 4 for fixing the resin-coating portion 3 to a fitting base, and a terminal block 5 to which the end of the winding is connected. The reactor 10 has the terminal base 5 also fixed to the resin-coating portion 3 with the fixing member. A fixing means for fixing the combination of the coil 1 and core 2 to the fitting base can be used also as a fixing means for fixing the terminal block 5 to an assembly.
