<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity system in which the present mobile station device and a future mobile station device can transmit and receive at least a control signal without being conscious of a base station device provided with one antenna, two antennas or four antennas and a base station device provided with eight antennas. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The base station device (100a) receives, from the outside, a reference signal defined for each base station device and a reference signal, a control signal and a data signal defined for each mobile station device. The base station device (100a) includes an encoding part (10a), an encoding part (10b), signal processors (10c) to (17c), and antennas (10c-4 to 17c-4). The reference signal defined for each base station device, and the reference signal, the control signal and the data signal defined for each base station device, which are input to the base station (100a), are arranged in a resource block by the signal processors.
