PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for promoting early healing of bone fracture. SOLUTION: There is provided the composition for promoting healing of bone fracture comprising a PDE4 inhibitor as an active ingredient, which has a phosphodiesterase (PDE) 4 inhibiting function. Specifically, a composition having a PDE4 inhibitor and a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer (for example, a polyester of a hydroxy fatty acid such as lactic acid, etc.) is provided, which composition, when formulated into a form suitable for local administration such as a microsphere preparation.
