<p>The method involves coupling clutches and/or the locks when a parking brake function is activated during holding a vehicle with a continuous drive motor or turning off the vehicle with the switched off drive motor. The clutch and/or lock couplings in connection with the parking brake function are activated dependent on parameters or road gradients such as a vehicle mass, a mass-/axle load distribution, a traction level, an engine speed, an environmental parameter, an environmental variable or a vehicle-, roadway- and/or environmental dependency. An independent claim is also included for a device for controlling switchable and/or regulatable clutches or locks of a motor vehicle.</p> |
