Disclosed is a crosslinked polymer with an interlocked structure, wherein a polymer with two or more ring portions is mixed with a straight-chain molecule with a block group at one end and a polymerizable functional group at the other end and/or a straight-chain molecule with polymerizable functional groups at both ends, causing inclusion complexes to form in all or some thereof, and then copolymerizing the aforementioned polymerizable functional group(s) with a water-soluble (meth)acrylic acid-based monomer that does not have a minimum critical solution temperature. This crosslinked polymer can be easily produced and yield a clean film.
