PURPOSE: A method for monitoring hybridization on a biochip in real time is provided to perform highly sensitive analysis using a probe of high density and to minimize hybridization time. CONSTITUTION: A method for monitoring hybridization on a biochip(10) comprises: a step of providing a bio-chip comprising a transparent substrate(11) with first and second probe regions and a metal thin layer(12) between the second probe region and transparent substrate; a step of hybridizing a sample with biochip; a step of detecting variation of optical absorption incident angle; and a step of analyzing hybridization result of the first probe region.
