PURPOSE: A cooling tube ring of an internal combustion engine piston and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to omit a bending process using a jig before welding to couple a hoop carrier and a cooling tube ring by coupling the cooling tube ring with the inside of the hoop carrier through one touch manner. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cooling tube ring of an internal combustion engine piston comprises following steps. A pilot pin hole is formed in a transfer strip. A carrier is formed by boring the rest part except a product molding unit in the transfer strip. A burring hole(10'c) is pierced at the center of the product molding unit. A lower flange(13') of the circumference curved surface shape is formed around the burring hole. A pipe-shaped body is formed by inserting a burr(30) into the burring hole and enabling a burr drawing process. An upper flange is formed by bending the upper end of the body outward from the radius direction. |
