The present invention embodiments provide methods, devices and a system for identifying and distinguishing the signal radio bearer (SRB) service, and belong to communications field. The method for identifying the SRB service includes: obtaining an indication information which indicates the service bearer transmitting SRB service, identifying the SRB service according to the indication information. The method for distinguishing the SRB service includes: obtaining an indication information which indicates the service bearer transmitting SRB service, distinguishing the SRB service according to the indication information. The Radio Network Controller (RNC) includes an indication module and a transmission module. The base station includes an obtaining module and an identifying module. The system includes the RNC and the base station. The present invention embodiments identify the SRB service by the indication information, process the identified SRB service individually, and protect the rate and time delay of the processing.
