CAMERA WITH DYNAMIC CALIBRATION FUNCTION AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform real-time calibration without restrictions on changes in the position of a camera and on changes on environmental settings.

SOLUTION: Initial calibration is first performed on the camera. The amount of operation of the camera is computed next to generate a plurality of samples estimating the amount of operation of the camera according to the amount of operation. The weight of each of the plurality of samples estimating the amount of operation is computed. The plurality of samples estimating the amount of operation are resampled on the basis of the weight. The camera is calibrated on the basis of the resampled samples estimating operation.
