PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating interior finishing structure which can sufficiently maintain strength as a partition wall while securing sound insulation performance. SOLUTION: This sound insulating interior finishing structure includes the partition wall which is erected from a ceiling to a floor so as to partition a habitable room of a building. The partition wall comprises: one wall panel which forms a side wall of one of the partitioned habitable rooms; the other wall panel which forms a side wall of the other one of the partitioned habitable rooms; and a stud member 17 which is interposed between the pair of wall panels, so as to secure connecting and supporting strength between the pair of panel panels while suppressing vibration transmission between the pair of wall panels.
