PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete conveying facility capable of reducing the size and weight of a carrier for conveying freshly mixed concrete and being simplified. SOLUTION: In the concrete conveying facility, the transport carrier 30 for conveying freshly mixed concrete from a batcher plant to a bucket storage place is composed of a transport hopper 31 and a front wheel 33p and a rear wheel 33q which are mounted to a front side and a rear side of a side face 31k of the transport hopper 31, respectively. A rail 20 on which the transport carrier 30 travels is composed of a rail for front wheel 20p on which the front wheel 33p travels and a rail for rear wheel 20q on which the rear wheel 33q travels. The rail for rear wheel 20q is terminated by changing its direction upward after leaving the rail for the front wheel 20p from a predetermined position in front of the bucket storage place 3.
