<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of causing the detachment of a sill from the upper face of a continuous footing when the sill starts shifting from the upper face of the continuous footing due to rolling of the sill if an anchor bolt for fixing the sill to the upper face of the continuous footing is removed to make the sill freely movable relative to a foundation, and a problem of having difficulty in constituting a bearing member provided between the sill and the foundation to support the load of the sill in the horizontal movement allowed state of the sill. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a wooden house, the continuous footing is formed in iron strut shape independent of the foundation, and the upper end side of the continuous footing of strut shape independent of the foundation is connected and stuck to the lower face side of the sill. A hemispherical steel ball with a large diameter enlarged in curvature of a curved peripheral surface is fixed and mounted to the lower end side so that the curved surface side projects downward. A stainless steel plate for supporting the hemispherical steel ball at the bottom face of the continuous footing is installed on the upper face of the foundation and at an installed portion of the continuous footing of iron strut shape, and a return spring for returning the sill into the initial set position of the sill is disposed between the sill and the foundation.
