The tank (10) has an upper part (80) arranged in an step-less adjustable manner to a lower part (20) designed in form of a base body, where the upper part and/or the lower part are made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and metal i.e. steel sheet, by deep drawing method. Vertical wall elements of the upper part and the lower part are connected in a force-fit or form-fit manner via an elastic device e.g. laminated spring. The lower part exhibits an edge area (32) that limits an opening (30) for holding and guiding the upper part, where the elastic device is formed by a portion of the edge area.
