PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner is provided to arrange screw holes of a bracket and a shroud in an exact location when assembling the outdoor unit. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit of an air-conditioner comprises a case, a blower(44) which circulates air to the inside and the outside of the case, a shroud(49) which forms a flow path with being arranged on the girth of the blower, and a bracket which supports the shroud with being arranged inside the case and includes mounting seats(190a,190b). The shroud includes mounting protrusions(49a,49b) guiding the mounting seats of the bracket. The bracket comprises a front bracket and a rear bracket(190).
