COVER TAPE DISCHARGE STRUCTURE OF TAPE GUIDE

PURPOSE: A cover tape discharge structure of a tape guide for a tape feeder is provided to facilitate the exhaustion and the collection of a cover tape by accurately maintaining the exhaustion position of a cover tape. CONSTITUTION: A tape guide(200) is installed on the frame of a tape feeder(100). The tape guide has a vent for discharging the cover tape of a part supply tape. A guide member(300) is formed in the end part of the vent. A foreign material through-hole(310) and a foreign material storage part are formed on the contact surface between the guide member and the cover tape. The foreign material storage part stores a foreign material flowing in through the foreign material through-hole. A position retaining element(400) is formed in both sides of the guide member in order to maintain the exact exhaustion position of the cover tape.
