<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure power generation efficiency of a solar cell and eliminate an unsuitable feeling due to a color. SOLUTION: In a display device structure for a solar watch 10 provided with a module 6 housed in a case 1 having a transparent cover glass 2, a translucent solar display plate 3 arranged on the lower face of the cover glass 2, and a solar cell 4 receiving external light from the solar display plate 3 for generating power, the color of the solar display plate 3 arranged above the solar cell 4 is complementary with the color of the solar cell 4. For example, in the hue circle 24 hues of the practical color co-ordinate system PCCS, the color of the solar cell 4 in bluish blue (21 in the hue circle: bP) is complementary with the color of the solar display plate 3 in greenish yellow (9 in the hue circle: gY). In this way, lightness is lowered, and the color of an intermediate frame 5 shows the same color tone as the solar cell 4. A dark purple color specific to the solar cell becomes obscure and a color tone giving no unsuitableness is provided.</p> |
