PURPOSE: A tree sap fermentation is provided to enhance function of active material and to improve memory. CONSTITUTION: A tree sap fermentation is produced by extracting between bark or wood part to obtain sap and fermenting the sap with microorganism. The fermentation contains yeast, enzyme, metabolite, and transient life material. The sap adjustment is performed using alkaline extract. |
