RANDOM ACCESS SCHEME PREVENTING FROM UNNECESSARY RETRANSMISSION, AND USER EQUIPMENT FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A random connection technique for protecting unnecessary retransmission and a terminal thereof are provided to flush HARQ buffer storing MAC PDU transmitted from random connection process, thereby preventing retransmission of unnecessary data. CONSTITUTION: A physical layer module(1110) comprises receiving module(1112). The receiving module receives random access response message including uplink grant information from a base station. A multiplexing and assembly entity(1121) compose MAC(Media Access Control) PDU(Packet Data Unit) including uplink data and terminal identification information according to the uplink admission information. HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest) Entity(1123) controls operation of HARQ process module(1124).
