PURPOSE: A variable capacity swash plate type compressor is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by omitting a part of a protrusion and a moving roller and to improve fuel efficiency of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A variable capacity swash plate type compressor a cylinder block, a driving shaft, a lug plate(130), a swash plate(140), a piston, a protrusion(135), an inclined surface(134), an arm(141), and a moving roller(143). The driving shaft is rotatably supported by the cylinder block. The lug plate is fixed to the driving shaft. The protrusion is protruded from the rear surface of the lug plate toward the swash plate. The inclined surface is formed on the rear surface of the lug plate. The arm is formed in the swash plate and is protruded toward the lug plate. The moving roller is rotatably coupled to the arm and is moved along the inclined surface.
