PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a control method thereof are provided to minimize the interference between frequency bands of different property received by using one antenna, thereby reducing the size of the mobile terminal and reducing the manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A matching circuit(402) respectively performs impedance matching of received signal from an antenna by a plurality of impedance values. A signal processing unit processes signals matched from the matching circuit. A control unit(408) amplifies and outputs a first signal or generates and outputs road guide information according to present location of the mobile terminal based on a second signal.
