PURPOSE: A solar cell structure with an optical cavity constructed a via full-reflective layer are provided to implement a high photoelectric conversion efficiency by absorbing light of wideband and converting it into electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: A bottom contact of a concave mirror type is formed on a substrate. A conductivity reflecting layer is formed on the bottom contact. A transparent electrode is laminated on the bottom contact. A light absorbing layer is formed in a focal region on the transparent electrode. A reflection barrier layer, having one-way transparency against an incident light, is formed on the top of the light absorbing layer. |
