<p>The system has a control unit for controlling flight control surfaces that comprise a horizontal stabilizer and rudders. Local electro-hydraulic generators (HPP1, HPP2) supply hydraulic servo controls connected to the flight control surfaces, where the servo controls are powered by the generators. Ailerons (44, 45) and/or spoilers (42, 43) are respectively arranged in surfaces formed on wings (40, 41). Each of the generators comprises an electric motor i.e. induction motor, powered by fixed frequency alternating current (AC) voltage with a constant root mean square value.</p> |
