REFERENCE BIAS GENERATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A reference bias generation circuit is provided to supply a stable current by generating a reference current based on a reference current which is provided from a temperature compensation part. CONSTITUTION: A self bias circuit(220) biases the output of an amplifying part to have a predetermined amplification degree. A fundamental band gap circuit part has a first input node which is connected to two inputs of an amplification part, a second input node, and an amplification loop. A start-up circuit part(100) offers a bias in order not to enter into an abnormal zero state during the initial electric power supply of the amplification part. A temperature compensation part(240) provides a reference current by combining the current of a first mirroring part and a second mirroring part. A reference current mirroring part(250) generates a reference current based on a reference current provided from the temperature compensation part.
