PURPOSE: A device and a method for synchronizing robot are provided to output virtual robot connected to operation of real robot in a real time, thereby enhancing a fun and an interest of a user. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(280) performs a wired/wireless communication with a real robot or a server. Based on data of a storage unit(200), a control unit(260) performs modeling of the size and an operation of virtual robot having shape and operation of the real robot according to handling command of a handling unit(220). The control unit output the virtual robot through an output unit(240). The control unit controls the operation of the virtual robot according to the real robot operation.
