PURPOSE: A rigid-flex module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form high quality electrical contact between a part and a conductor by forming a contact terminal on the surface of a part. CONSTITUTION: At least one flexible region(13) comprises a flexible film(20) and a conductor(22). An insulating layer(1) is formed outside the flexible region. The insulating layer has a first surface and a second surface. A conductive layer is formed on the first surface of the insulating layer. A contact terminal(7) is formed on the surface of at least one part(6) in order to face the conductive layer. A contact element forms conductive connection between the conductive layer and the contact terminal. The contact element is formed into one or more metal layers. A metal layer is formed with a chemical or an electrochemical growth method. |
