PURPOSE: A hair cosmetic composition containing black soybean extract and blueberry extract is provided to have nutrition to hair follicle and to strengthen hair follicle. CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition contains black soybean extract and blueberry extract as an active ingredient. The composition further contains black pearl extract or royal jelly extract as an active ingredient. The volume ratio of the black soybean extract and blueberry extract is 5:5-9:1. The composition is used in the form of hair tonic, hair essence, hair serum, scalp treatment, hair treatment, hair conditioner, hair shampoo, or hair lotion.
