PURPOSE: A filtration system of a film combination type anaerobic digester, and an operation method thereof are provided to reduce the film contamination of a tubular filtration film by converting the insertion direction of digestive fluid to a separating film device. CONSTITUTION: A filtration system of a film combination type anaerobic digester comprises the following: anaerobic reactors(110,120) generating digestion gas by decomposing organic waste; a buffer tank(200) temporary-saving digestive fluid discharged from the anaerobic reactors; a first digestive fluid inlet line(L22) connected to the buffer tank; a pressurizing pump(300) installed inside the first digestive fluid inlet line; a separating film device(400) solid-liquid separating the digestive fluid into filtered water and concentrated water; a first concentrated water conveying line; and an insertion direction converting device changing the inserting direction of the digestive fluid to the separating film device.
