PURPOSE: A semiconductor device, a semiconductor system having the same, a voltage supply method of the semiconductor device are provided to reduce leakage current by selectively supplying a current to the semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a voltage supply controller(60) supplying a voltage to at least two semiconductor memory or selectively supplying a voltage to each semiconductor device. The voltage supply controller selectively supplies voltage to the semiconductor memory device which is activated through a branched power line. The semiconductor memory devices comprises a memory cell array(20-1-20-X) and a selection circuit for selecting at least one from the memory cell arrays. The voltage supply controller supplies power to a cell which is selected by the selection circuit.
