<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unbaked laminated sheet which can be suppressed in the shrinkage ratio in in-plane direction low. <P>SOLUTION: The unbaked laminated sheet comprises a laminate formed by laminating several pieces of a green sheets or a glass-ceramic slip materials containing a glass component, an inorganic filler and a binder; and the laminate comprises two or more kinds of the green sheets or the glass-ceramic slip materials which have glass components mutually different by 80°C or more in glass transition temperature; and the glass transition temperature of the green glass or the glass-ceramic slip material which has a glass component lowest in glass transition temperature, is higher than the burning-out temperature of the binder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
