The device has a front case (12) enclosing an electric contact system connected to a lighting module, and a fixation system comprising articulation units and locking units for assembling a rear case (13) and the front case. An accumulator block is housed in an insulated envelope (21) for constituting an interposed piece between the rear case and the front case. The insulated envelope has other articulation units (24) and locking units (25) cooperated with the fixation system when the accumulator block is placed in a place and a battery is placed. An independent claim is also included for an electric lamp comprising a power supply device.
