<p>The device for depositing continuously fed ribbon material (M) in zigzag strips has a holding-down device (3) arranged on a pendulum arm (1). The pendulum arm is pivotably mounted around a basically horizontal axis, and the holding-down device is arranged on the end of the pendulum arm furthest from the axis. The holding-down device has an arc-shaped surface (6) which glides over the ribbon material of the zigzag strip which is deposited last. An independent claim is included for a method for depositing ribbon material within a rectangular surface in zigzag strips, wherein the reversal point of a newly deposited layer is located further inwards of the rectangular surface than the reversal point of the layer arranged directly below.</p> |
