PURPOSE: A supporting device for display device is provided to variously change location and angle in an installed state. CONSTITUTION: A first guide member(21) is fixed on a wall. A guide assembly has a first and a second guide brackets(23,24). The guide assembly moves to a first direction according to the first guide member. A second guide member(22) is connected to the guide assembly. The second guide member moves to a second direction which is inclined to the fist direction from the guide assembly.
