EXCEPTION MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTAINER TERMINAL OPERATION AND PLANNING

PURPOSE: An exception management and handling system for container terminal operation and planning and a method thereof are provided to sense exception status beforehand before generation of exception through real-time monitoring of management state information and prevent exception status, thereby immediately handling the exception status. CONSTITUTION: A server system(100) stores exception status setting information about processing method of exception status and the exception status. According to the exception status set up information, the server system performs re-planning according to exception status level after recognition of the exception status and problem status. A client system(200) manages main planning work re-planning processing function. An operating system(300) performs actual work according to a performed plan.
