MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MARBLE PATTERN BLOCK WITH COLOR COATING AGGREGATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a block of marble pattern using color-coated aggregates is provided to improve the durability of the block by strongly combining a pigment with the aggregates using a polyurethane resin and to express an inter-locking block using various colors. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a block of marble pattern using color-coated aggregates comprises: a step of manufacturing the color-coated aggregate by mixing natural aggregate 70-89 weight%, polyurethane resin 5-15 weight%, iron oxide pigment 1-10 weight%, superplasticizer which is naphthalene-based powder 1-10 weight%, and nonionic surfactant 1-5 weight%; and a step of putting dry concrete mortar including the color-coated aggregate and cement into the lower end of a molding frame and molding the block through a curing process.
